Here at Center for Medical Services, LLC. we offer TWO programs. Our Phlebotomy program and our Home Health Care Technician program. Phlebotomy is the process of making an incision in a vein with a needle. The procedure itself is known as a venipuncture. Home Health Care Technician is an allied professional providing direct home health to patients. Please read below for course descriptions and tuition & fees.
Phlebotomy
Course description:
10 week course that involves meeting twice every week on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays.
PHLEB 200: MEDICAL DIDACTIC 12HRS
PHLEB 201: COMMON LABORATORY TRMINOLOGY 12HRS
PHLEB 202: CARDIOPULMONARY RESUCTITATION (CPR) 6HRS
PHLEB 300: PHLEBOTOMY 20HRS
PHLEB 301: CLINICAL EXTERNSHIP 112HRS
Upon completion of all courses, the student will take The National Certification test for phlebotomy that is conducted through the International Academy of Phlebotomy Sciences, Inc. (IAPS). The student must receive a grade of 80% or higher to become a “Certified Phlebotomist”.
Tuition & Fees
Tuition can be paid in full or broken into payment plans. Tuition has to be paid in full before a student can complete the program.

Course description:
HHCT 400: BASIC ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY 12 HRS
HHCT 401: BASIC NURSING FUNDAMENTALS I 39 HRS
HHCT 402: BASIC NURSING FUNDAMENTALS II 25HRS
